Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info

The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information comes from California’s CCPA/CPRA and from similar laws in a growing number of US states. This page covers how it works here.
Background
To be precise about what is and is not happening: Kneepace does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, where advertising is displayed on kneepace.com, advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners, and state law may classify that as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. We therefore make the opt-out available rather than rely on a narrow reading.
It applies across the whole of kneepace.com and to every reader of our coverage of Kneepace.
What Follows
Opting out affects personalisation only. Ads may still be shown, selected without your data. We do not restrict, downgrade, or charge differently for the site on account of an opt-out — that would be unlawful.
Making the Request
Three ways. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically, and nothing further is required. Or use the consent banner, where presented, to refuse advertising cookies. Or write to hello@kneepace.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. You do not need an account with us to do any of this.
Other state-law rights are described in the State Privacy Notice.
